Terms of Service

Spritly is operated by OneClick Commerce LLC (“Spritly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spritly at spritly.appand any related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Spritly turns an image you provide into a set of downloadable animation files, sprite sheets, and related assets. Available features, packs, and output formats may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the images you upload and the animations you generate. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your uploads and outputs solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have all rights needed to upload your images and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that depicts real individuals without their consent. You also agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Credits, pricing, and payment
The Service runs on credits. Each animation costs one credit. New accounts receive a small number of free credits, and additional credits can be purchased in one-time packs priced in U.S. dollars. Credit purchases are one-time payments — Spritly is not a subscription and does not automatically renew or store recurring charges. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SPRITLY. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Refunds and cancellations
If an animation fails to generate because of a problem on our side, the credit for it is automatically returned to your balance. Unused credit packs may be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase — just email us. Credits that have already been used to generate animations are non-refundable, because the resulting files are delivered to you immediately. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we provide it on an “as available” basis and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Outputs are generated automatically and may vary in quality; we do not guarantee that any specific result will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneClick Commerce LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100 (USD).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OneClick Commerce LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the content you upload or your misuse of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
