1. Using Spritely
Spritely turns an image you upload into a set of animation files. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. Please only upload images you have the right to use.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the images you upload and the animations you create. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not unlawful.
3. Credits and payments
Each animation uses one credit. New accounts receive a small number of free credits, and additional credits can be purchased in packs. If a generation fails, the credit for it is refunded to your balance.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not use Spritely to create content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Your continued use of Spritely means you accept the current terms.
