1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and the basic profile details needed to create and manage your account.
• Content: the images you upload and the animation files you generate.
• Billing information: when you buy credits, our third-party payment processor handles your payment. We receive limited details such as a confirmation, the amount, and the type or last digits of the card — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: first-party product events such as account creation, project and animation progress, downloads, and purchases. We use random visitor and session identifiers, but do not put prompts, uploaded content, IP addresses, or arbitrary client properties in product analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create your animations using our automated systems, manage your account and credit balance, process payments, keep the Service secure, respond to your requests, and improve how Spritly works. Authorized operators may review uploads, prompts, generated results, and pipeline errors for support, safety, and service reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and first-party cookies to distinguish product analytics visitors and sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can turn first-party product analytics off below; essential sign-in cookies remain.

4. How we share information

We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us run Spritly — such as cloud hosting, file storage, and payment processing — and only as needed to deliver the Service, under agreements that require them to protect your data. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account or specific content, we remove it from our active systems, though residual copies may persist briefly in routine backups before being overwritten.

6. Your rights and choices

You can access, update, download, or delete your account information and content at any time from within the Service or by emailing us. Depending on where you live — including under California law — you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to request access or deletion and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that regard. To make a request, email hey@spritly.app.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Spritly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate the Service in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
